Mortgage Loan Document Specialist

NFC is seeking a qualified Mortgage Document Specialist to join our team.  The ideal candidate should have knowledge of conventional mortgage documents and preferably general knowledge of conventional lending terms and processes.  The Document Specialist will report to the Vice-President of Lending and will be responsible for entering loan application and processing information in the loan operations system (Byte Pro) and scanning documents to support NFC’s paperless lending process. This is a part-time position.  Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
