Contractors

NFC is committed to working with the Contractor(s) selected by our borrowers to complete NFC approved home improvement projects. Once a project is completed, inspected and cleared, NFC will issue a check to the Contractor within specific time frames.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The homeowner(s) are responsible for payment of any work contracted by them. NFC administers the payout of their funds to the contractor. There may be no funds available at NFC to pay for any change orders/extras. It is the homeowner(s)’ responsibility to have any change orders approved through NFC prior to beginning the work.

Neighborhood Finance Corporation does not reimburse borrowers for work performed prior to closing on their loan, i.e., the NFC loan program is for work performed after the borrower closes on their NFC loan.
