The Journey to Homeownership program is to expand homeownership opportunities for African American households and of African Descent earning below 100% of the Area Median Income. Down payment assistance is available to eligible homebuyers in the NFC lending areas. This map shows the Core Neighborhoods where $15,000 is available.
